The Brava Urban Rebate Kit is for doors that have a rebate system. Door that have a rebate close up against one another to seal a gap around the edge of a door. This is most common on double doors where air can seep or leak through the middle. A rebate kit will not only allow the latch to work but prevent the latch mechanism being visible on the side of the door.
